Man Wanted In Subway Iphone Robbery And Stabbing In Brooklyn

Brooklyn police are searching for a male wanted for the stabbing of a 40-year-old man during an iPhone robbery at a Brooklyn subway station.

The suspect knocked the phone out of the victim’s hands while aboard a southbound F- train that was pulling into the 18th Avenue stop in Borough Park just before 2 a.m. Sunday (09/31/12.)

When the victim went to pick it up, the thief slashed him in the lower back with a knife, police said. He was taken to Lutheran Hospital where he is in stable condition, police said.

The thief scattered off with the victim’s phone and remains on the lam, police added.
