The incident occurred on the evening of November 17, 2012 in New York City.

The victim was a woman who realized she was missing her wallet containing her Chase Visa and MasterCard along with other items while at the Borough Hall subway station in Downtown Brooklyn.

Two days later surveillance tape from Chase Bank at 8th Ave. and W. 15 Street captured footage of a young dark-haired white female, between the ages of 25-30, posing as the victim and withdrawing the large sum of cash from her account. She is estimated to be around 5’3″ tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds with a thin frame.

The suspect can also be seen wearing glasses in the still-shots shown above. It is unknown if they’re prescription glasses and/or reading glasses or merely for style. She is wearing dark (possibly black) clothing in what looks like a black (light) jacket and female fashion boots.
